Dq200 – Always replace all the gaskets and torque all bolts to spec. When Soldering Dq200 Aluminiun wires. Always replace them with copper wires. Always clean you work with an electronic cleaner that leaves no residue. Dq200 Software tuning is important to keep costs down. Clutch repairs can be simple if you understand it.
Dq250. Simple and easy box to work with tuning is recommended
Dq381/380/500. Do all the gaskets and do tuning and use quality oil. Service every 15000km to keep oil clean and contamination low.
Dl382/Dl501/Dl800. Costly jobs. Heavy labor. Do full rebuilds of these boxes. New clutches. New harness and new gaskets. This will keep the tcu fresh if its not already blown or faulty.
